Mark Himmelsbach, Chief Operation Officer, IPG Mediabrands Publishing: Everyone tells brands that they should be publishers. Mark shows them how. As Chief Operation Officer of Mediabrands Publishing, Mark oversees the production and automation of content for the network's portfolio of brands. In this role, Mark enables brands to be better publishers by creating and delivering compelling content more effectively across all of their branded media channels. To this end, he leads a set of community management, social media, retail, events, and sponsorships capabilities, working with global markets to program content development and distribution in real-time. Before he joined IPG Mediabrands, Mark served as Director of Digital Strategy for BBDO North America where he worked across global brands including AT&T, VW, P&G, GE, Mars, FedEx, and Hyatt. Prior to BBDO, he was Director of Emerging Media at PHD Media, leading innovation for Discovery Channel, HBO, Charles Schwab, and New Balance. Margaret Laney, Chief Marketing Officer, AwesomenessTV: Margaret Laney serves as Chief Marketing Officer of AwesomenessTV, the leading destination for teens on YouTube, which she helped co-creators Brian Robbins and Joe Davola launch in July 2012. She oversees all marketing, audience development and social media for the channels and has helped launch more than 25 original programs. AwesomenessTV currently has 860,000 subscribers and nearly 160 million views. Laney also oversees marketing for the newly announced AwesomenessTV Network which is the largest Multi-Channel Network on YouTube with over 73,000 channels. Prior to joining AwesomenessTV, Laney helped launch The Collective's digital production and management arm, Collective Digital Studio, in 2011. She served as the brand manager for top YouTube stars including Annoying Orange creator Dane Boedigheimer, Fred Figglehorn, Megan & Liz, iJustine, Freddiew and Blue Man Group.

Rob Sandie is the CEO and Co-Founder of vidIQ, a YouTube audience
development suite that helps brands, agencies, and networks organically grow their views and subscribers. Before founding vidIQ, Rob was the CEO and Founder of Viddler, an online video platform and custom video solution for brands. Rob has been in the online video business since his days at Macromedia.

Jason Kirk is Head of Business Development & Software Sales for ZEFR, the technology solution that empowers brands and major content owners to manage their official and fan presence on YouTube. In this role, Jason oversees sales for the company's two flagship software products BrandID & RightsID. Clients include nearly every major Hollywood studio as well as Sony Music Entertainment, Universal Music Group, Cab Discovery Networks, Real Madrid, Hasbro, Adidas and Old Spice. Prior to ZEFR, Jason was Vice President of Content & Distribution at Ustream, Inc., the world's largest live broadcast platform with over 50M monthly users worldwide. In that role, Mr. Kirk handled all content and distribution partnerships for the platform. Partnerships included CBS, MTV, Twitter, Google and the infamous "Winning!" live broadcasts from Charlie Sheen. Prior to Ustream, Mr. Kirk was Vice President of Video & Entertainment at MySpace, and GM of MySpace Video. Before that, he was the Director of Sales & Marketing at HBO in their new business development group. Mr. Kirk earned his degree from the University of Colorado-Boulder. He currently is an advisor to both Ustream and dabkick Inc. and lives with his wife in Los Angeles.

Sun Jen Yung, Managing Director, Headwaters MB: Sun Jen Yung joined Headwaters from Nightwood Capital LLC, a middle-market boutique advisory firm that she founded in 2009. Sun focuses on Digital Media & Internet and Media Growth companies. Her experience of 20 years in investment banking includes corporate finance coverage of Media (cable and entertainment), Digital Media, Internet and Software companies at Oppenheimer, Deutsche Bank , Lehman Brothers and J.P. Morgan. Sun also has experience in Equity Research at Lehman Brothers. She has completed over $38 billion in public (IPOs and follow-ons) and private equity, equity-linked and debt financings and M&A transactions. Sun serves on the Board of Directors for the YWCA of Greenwich (CT). She received B.A. degrees in Economics and International Studies at Macalester College in St. Paul, MN and an M.B.A. of Finance from Columbia Business School in New York.
