John P. Roberts, EVP Digital Strategy and Branding, Endemol USA: John P. Roberts is responsible for developing new commercial and digital business opportunities in North America for Endemol USA, and its subsidiary production companies, Authentic Entertainment, Endemol Studios, 51 Minds, Original Media and True Entertainment. His team will oversee all original digital productions, interactive television, social games and mobile apps, as well as other commercial opportunities in North America, including live events, licensing, merchandising and the like. Prior to joining Endemol USA, Roberts served as Senior Vice President of Digital Content and Cross-platform Entertainment at The Hub, a multi-platform joint venture between Discovery Communications and Hasbro. In that role he was in charge of the development and execution of the network's overall digital strategy, online content and other digital and social media platform strategies. Roberts' extensive media industry knowledge stems from his work with numerous companies including Lucasfilm LTD, the Game Show Network, Vulcan Programming, Universal Studios and News Corp, where he established Fox's first ever internet presence encompassing Fox Entertainment, Fox Sports and Fox Kids Network. He is also a four-time Emmy Award® nominee in interactive television and a recipient of the ITV Leadership Award from ITVT.

Jason Henderson
is the Senior Interactive TV Product Manager for Dish Network, fo
cusing on consumer applications to transform interactive television. Previously he ran the iTV Apps platform for Verizon FiOS TV, with responsibility for new Gaming, Music, and TV Everywhere projects. Alex Van Helsing, his popular young adult series from HarperCollins, was named by the Texas Library Association to the 2011 Lone Star Reading List, a list of the top 20 new books for young readers. He also writes for games and comics, including the 2013 BEN 10 comic miniseries from IDW and the 2013 game Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows from Activision. Henderson earned his BA from University of Dallas in 1993 and his JD from Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law in Washington, D.C., in 1996. Henderson lives in Colorado with his wife and two daughters.






Alex Limberis, VP, Business Development, Next Issue Media: Next Issue Media is a startup chartered to bring the next generation of interactive digital periodicals to the market. Next Issue Media is funded by a consortium of 5 major publishers Conde Nast, Hearst, Newscorp, Meredith and Time Inc. Mr. Limberis is a 20+ year veteran in data communications and media technologies. Prior to joining Next Issue Media, he was the Chief Operating of Syabas technology a leading provider of app platform based IP set top boxes, he was also the Director of Wireless, Broadband and Consumer Electronics in Microsoft's Digital Media Division where he drove Microsoft's success in the ubiquitous adoption of Windows Media into the consumer electronics, wireless and broadband ecosystems including, Mobile, IPTV, MP3 players and music and video services such as Verizon, Tivo, Amazon and Netflix. He drove Microsoft to join the DVD Forum and then served on the DVD Forum steering committee which resulted in the adoption of Windows Media into the HD-DVD and Blu-ray standards. Mr. Limberis also served as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Dolby Labs where he defined Dolby's strategy to enter the networked entertainment ecosystems. Previously he was a VP at PMI (acquired by Microsoft), VP of Strategic Marketing at Aureal Semiconductor (acquired by Creative Labs), VP and GM at Korg (Yamaha), and a founder of Ensoniq (acquired by Creative Labs). Mr. Limberis holds several patents in the DSP and media fields. He was a BSEE major at Drexel University and holds an MBA from Santa Clara University.

Evan Young is Senior Director of Product Marketing at TiVo Inc., where he i
s responsible for overseeing broadband content, applications and interactive advertising. He has extensive experience in broadcast, broadband, and consumer services, and has edited books on digital video recording and digital home audio recording and production. Evan has an MBA from Stanford University and a BA from Harvard University. While at Stanford, Evan was the founder of "The Future of Entertainment", an annual business and technology conference about media convergence. Rick Fant, VP Apps and Marketplace, Mozilla: As VP and GM of Apps and
the Firefox Marketplace, Rick leads the development of the ecosystem supporting developers, the Marketplace for discovery and distribution to end users, and the commerce platform within Mozilla. Rick joined from Vodafone in the UK where he was the Program Director for the combination of Internet services and bespoke handsets marketed as Vodafone 360. Prior to Vodafone, Rick had a long career at Microsoft starting in application development and deployment; growing to server product development and marketing and evolving into managing product teams in the delivery of mobile applications and services. Rick gained an extensive background in software development and organization management with Tandem computers and US West communications.









Ted Cohen, Managing Partner, TAG Strategic: industry luminary and former, Vice President, Digital Development & Distribution, EMI Music: As Vice President of Digital Development & Distribution for EMI Music, Ted Cohen oversaw worldwide digital business development for this "big five" record company, which includes labels such as Capitol, Virgin, Angel/Blue Note, Parlophone and Chrysalis. Under Cohen's guidance, EMI has led the industry with its initiatives in new technologies and business models such as digital downloads, online music subscriptions, custom compilations, wireless services, high-definition audio and Internet radio. In addition to seeking out, evaluating and executing business opportunities for the company, Cohen serves as both a strategist and key decision-maker for EMI's global new media and anti-piracy efforts. He has worked to establish company-wide policies, which have allowed EMI's artists and labels a substantial advantage in the digital music arena. Cohen served previously as the Executive Vice President of Digital Music Network Inc., where he co-founded and served as Chairman of the Webnoize '98 & '99 conferences. He currently chairs MidemNet, an international music/technology conference convened in Cannes each year. Cohen also held senior management positions at both Warner Bros. Records and Philips Media. Additionally, Cohen lead two highly successful new media consulting operations, DMN Consulting and Consulting Adults, attracting clients such as Amazon.com, Microsoft, Universal Studios New Media, DreamWorks Records, Liquid Audio, Wherehouse Records/Checkout.com and several other entertainment, computer and new media organizations. A 25-year industry veteran, Cohen serves on the NARAS (Grammy) Los Angeles chapter Board of Governors, the Board of Directors for the Neil Bogart Memorial Fund, Co-chairs the new media arm of the T.J. Martell Foundation, and lends his time and talents to the Grammy In The Schools Program.
