Diane Bernard, CEO of FLM.TV is a 25 year veteran as a Technology Trade Journals Publicist, Marketing & Social Media Agency Partner, Technologist and Entertainment Executive at Dianton Productions. Her experience as a Agency Partner working with Fortune 500 - 1000 companies in Advanced Cloud, Video, Semiconductors, Mobile and Entertainment has created innovation for a new social distribution, entertainment, brands and viewership model. She is an advocate and speaker for the growing evolution of the "social multiplier" which is driven though a method of social metrics, value attributes and revenue. Her work on key social media insights have led to innovative new ways to drive sales and viewership in digital entertainment

Channing Dawson, Senior Advisor, Scripps Networks Interactive (HGTV, Food Ne
twork, DIY, Travel Channel et al); as well as a consultant to media companies. A founding executive at Home & Garden Television (HGTV), Dawson lead SNI efforts in web development, broadband production, video on demand, IP video distribution, and ITV. In 2005, he shared a technology Emmy for, a weekly broadband video magazine. He is currently working on ITV projects, 2nd screen projects, an animated film and other transmedia initiatives. Prior to Scripps, Dawson spent 15 years in magazine publishing.

Rick Herman serves as chief strategy officer of MobiTV, Inc. He drives strategic planning and execution to grow the footprint of MobiTV's end-to-end managed service platform. Herman identifies and evaluates strategic relationships, manages the execution of alliances, partnerships and agreements as well as business development efforts, and oversees content/programming. An industry veteran, Herman served as SVP of business and legal affairs of Sony Online Entertainment in San Diego, responsible for content acquisition, distribution and development worldwide. Herman was also associate general counsel of At Home Corporation (Excite@Home), managing the company's commercial transactions, with an emphasis on media, entertainment and cable/carrier matters.

Kurt Hoppe, Director of Smart TV Innovation and Alliances, LG Electronics: Kurt H
oppe is responsible for driving innovation via strategic partnerships for the LG Home Entertainment Division. Kurt has spent 10+ years building cloud-connected solutions for Service Providers, CE companies, and Content Owners, delivering value-added services to over 50M users worldwide. He has held business development, product marketing, and product management roles at Digeo, 2Wire, and Amdocs, working with customers such as AT&T, Time Warner Cable, and Best Buy, to name a few. Kurt studied Computer Science at the Royal Military College of Canada and Human Computer Interaction at the University of British Columbia.

Marc Scarpa, Producer / Director x factor digital, Grammy live, incubus hq; is a veteran Dire
ctor and Executive Producer of live participatory media. His most recent credits include The X-Factor's Pepsi Digital Pre-Show and Second Screen Experience, The Global Citizen Festival, Incubus HQ Live, GRAMMY LIVE!, Earth Day Network's Earth Day Live! Concert on the National Mall (2008-2012) and MySpace LIVE!. In 2011, he launched VidBlogger Nation, the first participatory media television channel in association with Comcast's X-Finity On Demand. Scarpa has directed Grammy Award winning artists John Legend, 50 Cent, Alicia Keys, Beastie Boys, Elton John, Moby, Steve Aoki and many others. Additionally, he produced and directed several pioneering "firsts” for the live participatory programming genre including Townhall with President Clinton, Woodstock '99, The Tibetan Freedom Festivals and HSX/Excite_Rocks the Oscars featuring Beck. Prior to Simplynew, Scarpa was the architect for New York City Hall's Mayoral Blue Room multi-platform broadcast facility and served as the original New York Bureau Chief for C|NET networks where he co-developed C|NET's early VOD deployment strategy and produced CNET's _first live webcast from the 1997 PC Expo. Scarpa is a featured speaker with Streaming Media East/West/Europe and Digital Hollywood and is recognized as one of Silicon Alley Reporters Top 100. His productions have been recognized by Webby Awards, Social TV Awards and the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity. Scarpa is a national board member and founding New York committee chair for the Producers Guild of America New Media Council. Personally, he is a partner with Lifebeat - The Music Industry Fights AIDS, a member of the Global Advisory Committee for Earth Day Networks and a member of the Gate Leadership Council.

Aden Zaman is the managing director of media & advertising at Samba TV. He is responsible for developing strategic partnerships with brands, agencies and premium media partners. Aden has also been instrumental in the planning, development and implementation of Samba TV's interactive advertising products. Prior to Samba TV, Aden was an investment banker for nearly a decade, advising technology and media clients such as Microsoft, Electronic Arts and others. Aden received his bachelor's degree from the University of California, Berkeley.

Mariana Danilovic, Managing Director, Hollywood Portfolio: Ms. Danilovic is the Founder and Managing Director of Hollywood Portfolio, a developer, owner and operator of transmedia companies. Through Hollywood Portfolio, Ms. Danilovic launched and helped develop several transmedia companies and serves as the President and CEO and on the Board of Directors of ultralivetv, on the Board of Directors of griddeo, reframeIt (observer), and on the Advisory Board of alphabird. Ms. Danilovic was the EVP Business Development for transmedia entertainment company NTN Buzztime, Inc. (AMEX:NTN) and VP Business Development, Content Aggregation and Programming for MediaZone, broadband video company owned by NASPERS media conglomerate. She also founded and directed the Digital Media Incubator at KPMG LLP, which developed about two dozen digital media companies. The companies Ms. Danilovic helped develop received institutional funding from KPCB, Sequoia Capital, Hummer-Winblad, Constellation Partners, Softbank, North Star Ventures, HP, and Intel. Prior to joining KPMG, Ms. Danilovic headed business development for Peter Guber's Mandalay Entertainment and served on the management team of the venture fund at Sony Pictures Entertainment investing in media companies worldwide. Ms. Danilovic also worked for Michael Milken's Knowledge Exchange and at the Twentieth Century Fox International Television Group. She serves on the New Media Council of the Producers' Guild of America and is a member of ATAS. She previously served on the Board of Directors of Tim Draper's Zone Club and was a member of former Los Angeles Mayor Richard Riordan's Digital Coast Roundtable. Mariana earned a Masters in Business Administration from the Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA, and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from University of California, San Diego.
