Jeremy Legg is Senior Vice President of Business Development and Multi-Platfor
m Distribution for Turner Broadcasting System, Inc. (TBS, Inc.). Legg oversees the non-linear content and product distribution strategy, is responsible for digital content rights acquisition and developing content windowing strategies, as well as spearheading business development with MVPD's, technical and digital partners, and implementing the TV Everywhere strategy across Turner's portfolio of networks. Legg is based in Atlanta and reports directly to Coleman Breland, Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer of Turner Network Sales (TNS), the domestic distribution, sales and marketing arm of TBS, Inc. Legg most recently served as Vice President of business strategy and development for AOL, Inc. He was responsible for developing and maintaining strategic alliances with telecommunications and broadband providers, PC manufacturers; online providers and retailers; developing corporate strategy for AOL's broadband initiatives; driving subscriber acquisition and retention efforts; managing acquisition of critical technology infrastructure; and outsourcing. Prior to AOl, Legg held senior position at Oracle and Accenture. Legg earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Brown University. He is an active member of the Cable Telecommunications Association for Marketing (CTAM), serves on the board at Flingo, and is an Advisory Board Member for X+1, Ensequence, and PlayOn Sports.


Erin Flood, Content Strategy & Acquisition, Verizon: Erin Flood leads advanced advertising negotiations and other new, video-on-demand initiatives for Verizon's Content Strategy & Acquisition group. Prior to joining Verizon, she consulted on a number of emerging businesses for media clients such as Time Warner Cable Corporate Strategy, Cablevision Product Development, Cablevision Strategic Development, Rainbow Advertising Sales Corp, Intel Future Casting, Interactions & Experience Research, and Current TV. As as a development executive for Next New Networks (acquired as Google's YouTube Next Lab), Flood oversaw the creation and launch of the start-up's first slate of niche programming. Previously, she produced original content for NBC Universal's Digital Studios and Innovation groups which brought her to New York. She began her career in Los Angeles building strategic partnerships for over 50 groundbreaking interactive television productions that utilized emerging cable, satellite, broadband and wireless technologies for the American Film Institute's Digital Content Lab (formerly known as the AFI-Intel Enhanced TV Workshop). Erin Flood is an active member of the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences, Producers Guild of America and Digital Hollywood's Women's Mentors Program.


Ron Lamprecht, Executive Vice President, Business Development and S
ales, NBCUniversal Digital Distribution: Ron Lamprecht serves as Executive Vice President, Business Development and Sales for NBCUniversal Digital Distribution where he leads the North American digital sales and distribution of NBCUniversal's television and film content across multiple platforms including Internet, emerging digital platforms, and wireless customers. In addition, he supports the TV Networks Distribution team with distributing the company's cable and broadcast network and stations content portfolio to cable, satellite, and telco MVPDs. He is a key leader in the development of the company's film and television content strategy, including NBCUniversal's TV Everywhere offering, and the launch of NBCUniversal's film content in the new Ultraviolet format. Lamprecht holds an M.B.A. from NYU's Stern School of Business, and is a graduate of the Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art with a degree in electrical engineering.








Eric Korsh, Vice President/Group Director, Brand Content, Digitas: As Vice President/Group Director, Brand Content for DigitasLBi, Eric leads the development of original and partnered digital brand content strategy for DigitasLBi clients serviced out of Boston, Chicago, and Detroit. He oversees creative teams in social and content to build comprehensive, interactive, and participatory ideas in partnership with media, planning, analytic and account teams. His clients include Sprint, Harley-Davidson, Lenovo, GM, Miller Lite, KitchenAid, and others. Eric is an Emmy winning television and commercial media veteran with over 25 years of experience. He was formerly chief operating officer of Scout Productions, creators and producers of Emmy winning Queer Eye for the Straight Guy and other episodic TV series for Lifetime, CBS, VH1, ABC Family, MTV, Logo, etc. At Scout, he oversaw everything from development slate to international sales and licensing, network relationships and branded entertainment. He partnered with Scout, NESN and the Boston Red Sox in Executive Producing an Emmy winning dating series that taped during Boston Red Sox games at Fenway Park. As a TV Commercial Executive Producer, he worked with Oscar winners Errol Morris, Robert Richardson and Hank Corwin on projects across the globe for ad agencies from Saatchi, Leo Burnett, BBDO and Ogilvy to Draft, GSD&M and Martin. He has produced hundreds of commercials and music videos, as well as TV series, documentaries and feature films. Eric has a BS in Film from Boston University, an MBA from Boston University and an MPA from Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government.





Tamara Franklin, Senior Vice President, Affiliate Operations & New Media Distribution, Scripps Networks Interactive: In her position as senior vice president of affiliate operations and new media distribution for Scripps Networks Interactive, Tamara Franklin oversees the development of business models and business plans relating to evolving and new business opportunities. She works with Scripps' national accounts team and affiliates to identify and develop new distribution technologies and revenue streams for linear content. Franklin also leads the company's affiliate strategy and business development. Franklin joined Scripps Networks Interactive in March 2009 from Turner Broadcasting Systems, where she served as vice president of business development, responsible for non-linear distribution deals with a focus on wireless distribution platforms. Prior to TBS, she served as director of new business development and strategic marketing for Motorola, where she was responsible for the development of new business and partnerships for iDEN, Motorola's wireless division. Franklin is a graduate of NAMIC's Executive Leadership Development Program (2007-08) and the WICT Betsy Magness Leadership Institute (Class XXIII). Most recently, she's been named one of Multichannel News' “Wonder Women,” one of Cynopsis Media's “Most Intriguing People” and one of Savoy Magazine's “Most Influential Women in Corporate America.” Franklin's also been named to CableFAX's “Most Influential Minorities in Cable” and “Most Powerful Women in Cable” lists, and has been honored as a NAMIC Luminary. She also serves on the boards for WICT and Digital Hollywood's Women's Entertainment and Technology. Franklin earned a bachelor's degree in English from Yale University and MBA from Harvard University. She is based at Scripps Networks Interactive's headquarters in Knoxville, Tenn. where she resides with her husband, Wade, and their two children, Miles and Camille.

Rob Sussman,
EVP, Business Operations, Development, and Strategy, EPIX: Rob Sussman is EVP of Business Operations, Development and Strategy of EPIX, a next generation multiplatform premium entertainment service owned through joint venture between Viacom Inc. (NYSE: VIA and VIA.B), its Paramount Pictures unit, Lionsgate (NYSE: LGF), and Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios Inc. (MGM), launched in October 2009. Sussman spearheads the distribution strategy and business development efforts as well as managing day to day operations and launch of the service. Sussman has over 20 years of experience in the media industry, most recently serving as the SVP of Program Enterprises for MTV Network's music group, where he was responsible for operations and strategy for consumer products, including radio, ecommerce, licensing, games, home entertainment, and retail. Prior to joining MTV Networks, Sussman was President, New Media and acting COO of the Trade and DRTV groups of Gaiam, the leading producer and distributor of fitness and wellness video products and accessories. As President, New Media, Sussman oversaw the development, digital distribution, and day to day management of all media content. He also served on the Board of LIME Media and was acting President upon Gaiam's acquisition in July 2007. Before joining Gaiam, Sussman served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Sundance Channel from 1996 to 2006. As one of the founders of the Channel, Sussman wrote the business plan, raised equity capital, and launched the Channel, which was sold to Cablevision for $500 million. In addition to his day to day financial responsibilities, Sussman managed business development, ancillary revenue generation, administration and operations. Sussman was also previously Vice President of Corporate and Business Development at Showtime Networks, joining Showtime in 1990 and holding numerous positions in the Finance group throughout this tenure. Sussman also served as a Senior Analyst in the Corporate Treasury Department at Viacom, joining in 1988. Sussman holds a B.A. degree in Economics from Georgetown University and an M.B.A. degree in Finance from the Stern School of Business at New York University.

Brody O'Harran, Senior Director, Xbox Advertising: After 9 years with Microsoft, Brody O'Harran joined the Xbox Live Advertising team in March, 2012 and is responsible for generating strategic advertising opportunities with Fortune 500 companies and collaborates with Microsoft Advertising on sales efforts in the United States. Prior to his current position, Mr. O'Harran spent five years building and leading the Emerging Sales channel in the US into a $100M+ team of 25 Account Executives. Before that, Mr. O'Harran spent three years as an Account Executive calling on national accounts. Mr. O'Harran is a northwest native and graduate of Seattle University. He resides in Woodinville, Washington with his wife Lisa and is an avid Seattle Seahawks fan.













Mike Sid, CEO, MediaMorph: For over ten years, Mike has helped leading entertainment companies such as Sony Music, Sony Pictures, Comcast, Time Warner, MTV, Nickelodeon, Showtime Networks and Clear Channel build their digital entertainment systems and businesses. Mike's broad experience in digital entertainment ranges from leading the media and entertainment vertical for a major web integrator and building the infrastructure for digital entertainment at Sony Music to establishing a semantic web start up as the leader in its space. Mike holds a BS in Aerospace Engineering from MIT.
