We have video content and we have video platforms - TV-PC-SmartPhones-Tablets - for consuming all the content that ranges from family video postcards and YouTube cats and dogs to broadcast TV and feature films. Broadcasting truly has no boundaries and the relationship of brands and advertisers to the new video reality is in a transformational state as well. The new world is being invented every day.

Cameron Friedlander, VP, Global Innovations, Blast Radius, WPP Group: Cameron is VP, Global Innovations at Designkitchen. Utilizing his progressive insight into existing and emerging technologies, he guides our agency's vision of crafting innovative solutions anchored by experience in design. Cameron weaves Designkitchen's strategic, creative, and technological facets into one driving force, designing digital ecosystems that usher our clients' brands into the environments of their target audiences. His solutions have launched effective campaigns for our clients, proven successful by their storytelling across multiple user touchpoints; physical, device, digital, and social constructs. Cameron has over twelve years of strategic marketing leadership and technology experience. Beginning at Designkitchen in 1999, he and his teams have conceptualized and developed award-winning solutions for numerous Fortune 500 companies, including HP, Sears, CVS, and Motorola, in addition to TD Ameritrade, Burger King, Land Rover, and Johnnie Walker.

Erik I. Moreno, Senior Vice President, Corporate Development, Fox Networks Group (a division of News Corporation), where he is responsible for identifying new business and strategic opportunities, as well as work on acquisitions and joint ventures. Mr. Moreno is also Co-General Manager of the Mobile Content Venture (MCV), a joint venture of 12 broadcasters that are working to deliver live digital television to mobile devices in the United States. Mr. Moreno has previously served as Director of Corporate Development for eBay Inc. and as Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategy for Level 3 Communications, a global wholesale telecommunications company. Mr. Moreno began his career at Gleacher & Co., a boutique investment bank specializing in Mergers & Acquisitions. He is a graduate of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Moreno is a Trustee of USA Funds(r), a nonprofit corporation that has served approximately 22 million students and parents enhance postsecondary education preparedness, access and success by providing financial and other services. He resides with his wife, Cara, and their three children in Los Angeles, California.

Stacy Minero, Leader, Content Marketing & Strategic Partnerships, Mindsha
re: Stacy is currently the leader of Mindshare's Content Marketing practice where she is focused on creating a strategic and insight drive approach to content ideas and solutions. She works across the Agency as a partner to key clients who are invested in the content space, from development to distribution and discovery. Additionally, Stacy has led Communication Planning for American Express' US brand efforts since 2006. During that time, Stacy launched high impact programs that enabled Cardmembers to get exclusive content and experiences from their favorite TV shows. In 2009, she was an architect of "Shine a Light" which celebrated Small Business Owner, and in 2012 she helped launch an interactive TV channel for AMEX that reaches 55MM customers and prospects. Prior to that, Stacy worked in strategic planning with Hershey, Coca-Cola, and Procter & Gamble.

Sarah Personette, President, U.S., UM: Sarah joined UM as Preside
nt of the US in February 2013. In her role as US President, Sarah leads cross-channel buying and planning, analytics, custom content, strategy, and business development on all U.S. accounts. Over the last few years, Sarah built and led Facebook's Global Agency Team. In this role, Sarah focused on building out relationships with the Agency community. Furthermore, she led the combination of creative and strategic thinking to turn effective campaigns into social by design. Sarah believes there is a real opportunity to mobilize agencies to design creative, social campaigns from the very beginning, which she urges among her UM U.S. client teams. Prior to joining Facebook, Sarah was the Senior Vice President, AOR Director at Mediavest Worldwide overseeing the Mars business. Throughout her entire career, she has gained extensive client and category expertise that extends beyond CPG (Mars Wrigley, Kellogg's & Unilever) to Beverages (Coca-Cola, Miller Brewing Company, & Disaronno), Pharmaceuticals (Bayer/Berlex), and Consumer Electronics (Sony Ericsson & TomTom). Sarah's industry recognitions include a nomination for Top 30 Under 30, two time CMA & MIXX finalist, and an NY Emmy finalist.

Lin Dai, VP of Digital & TV Entertainment, Emmis NY: As VP of Digital & TV Enterta
inment for Emmis NY, Lin is responsible for all digital & television content, and branded entertainment initiatives for the iconic music brand HOT97. In 2012, Lin officially launched Loud Digital, a premium, vertically integrated digital entertainment network reaching 43 million unique viewers (per comScore July 2013), and established Emmis' digital leadership through major programs such as the Boost Mobile HOT 97 Summer Jam and Rock The Bells Festival live streams, the largest live streaming Hip Hop events in history, and Pepsi's critically acclaimed web series “Road To Summer Jam”. As a producer for an upcoming VH1 TV series featuring the ensemble cast of HOT 97, Lin continues to break new grounds on the convergence of brands, digital and TV. As SVP of Programming and Development for Alloy Media + Marketing, Lin was extensively involved in strategic business development initiatives for Alloy's digital, TV, agency, education, and e-Commerce divisions. Lin oversaw development of original and branded content, digital marketing strategy, and distribution for AlloyTV, a premium digital video platform. He established the Alloy Digital Network, the largest digital network for young adults, reaching over 100 million viewers monthly. He was responsible for marketing, social media and digital development for Alloy's entertainment properties, including Gossip Girl, Vampire Diaries, Pretty Little Liars and more. Lin's digital expertise spans more than a decade. In 1999, he founded, the first social networking destination and online magazine for teens. He grew the site to more than 2 million members, and was successfully taken public in 2007. Lin graduated with honors from the prestigious School of Industrial Management, now the Tepper School of Business, at Carnegie Mellon University. While at school, he launched Unique Net Solutions. The company's work was recognized when Lin was awarded the Entrepreneur of the Year Award by Carnegie Mellon University. He served a one-year tenure as the youngest adjunct professor at Carnegie Mellon University, developing and teaching a set of credited courses on Web Publishing for its School of Business.

Robert (Leo) Rodgers, Sr. VP & Label Liaison, Bungalo Records: - Mr. Rodgers has been in the music and entertainment business for 27 years, he executively produced his first album in 1985, and has either produced, or executively produced 7 more records/CD's from 1985-2004. In the mid 90's Mr. Rodgers was solely responsible for the licensing of one of his artist records to the U.K. that went to # 1 on the charts. He later licensed several other records that were subsequently place on the charts as well in Europe. He also attended film school in the mid eighties in order to produce his own music videos for his roster of artist. During his first year of film school he won an International Film award in the music video category from the Black Filmmakers Hall Of Fame Foundation in Oakland, Ca. In just one year later he was bestowed with “Local Video Producer of the Year” in 1989 by a local music video TV station in the SF Bay Area. He has worked in a film with Whoopie Goldberg in the mid-eighties and wrote, produced and directed his own short music montage short film that received raved reviews from a local PBS affiliate. He also directed a short film starring former 49ers Dwight Clark that aired during the S.F. 49ers vs. Denver Bronco's halftime game. In addition he directed a music video that featured several S.F. 49ers, Jerry Rice, Roger Craig, Mike Wilson and Ronnie Lott. Mr. Rodgers has worked with, toured with and worked in the studio with artist such as; Spaceship Earth (members of Parliament Funkadelics) MC Hammer, (formerly Hammer's road Mgr), Club Nouveau, Howard Hewlett, Bar-Kays, Rosie Gaines, Radio Personality Kevin Nash, 2Bigg MC and was credited as Tony Toni Tone's first Promotions Director, and assisted them in the early days with some co-management duties. Alone the way, Mr. Rodgers worked in the High Tech Telecommunications and Internet industry for over 17 years and founded an Internet Licensing Company entitled “, which specialized in the licensing of apparel brands and music licensing. In the early 90's Mr. Rodgers produced a syndicated music variety show entitled “Sounds by the Bay” which was a cross between “In Living Color” and “Star Search”, focused on highlighting un-discovered talent, alone with skits. The show was syndicated on the west coast by a PBS affiliate. In 1994 Mr. Rodgers became a little bored and collaborated with one of MC Hammer's costume designers, James Head and Mr. Thurston Bilal, a close friend and businessman/producer. They formed StreetSmartz LTD. A street wear/denim clothing line. They setup worldwide licensing for the “Sagwear denim line. They shipped nearly 2 million in sales during the 1995-1996 first production years, and had product placed in over 500 stores worldwide. Currently, Mr. Rodgers co-owns a new upcoming high-end sportswear clothing line (Debonair) with Designer Eric Fermon and MC Hammer. Currently Mr. Rodgers is the President, Co-Founder and Executive Producer of Catalog License, LLC/Bringem Back Records, which is a music catalog licensing and record company that is distributed by Universal Music Group. Catalog License, LLC, has released over 13 CD's through Universal Music Group. Alone the way Mr. Rodgers managed to work his way into the boxing arena working as a manager and boxing promoter with “Richard Steele Promotions”. His current post is SVP & Label Liaison of Bungalo/Universal Music Grp.

Steve Bradbury, Chief Operating Officer, Zazoom: Steve Bradbury is the Chief Operating
Officer for Zazoom, responsible for all facets of business development, strategy, content development, partner relations, marketing and social media. Zazoom brings journalistic integrity, quality and speed to the production and distribution of daily, viral, demand-informed, short-form video content for the Internet, mobile and connected TV platforms under its flagship Buzz60 brand. Zazoom also produces co-branded on-demand video for Yahoo US, Canada and Latin America in English, French and Spanish. Zazoom is now also producing four original series for Internet media platform blinkx under their Ella TV, MomIQ, Giant Realm and blinkx TV brands as well as the co-branded series blinkx Buzz. Prior to Zazoom, Steve ran the boutique consultancy Vlocity Digital, which provided multi-platform digital strategy & advisory services to revenue-driven entrepreneurial companies in media, entertainment and consumer products. Earlier, he was the VP, Content Strategy & Business Affairs for GoTV Networks, at that time the premiere U.S. mobile media network. Steve has also developed business strategies and monetized assets for companies such as Sony Interactive, The Improvisation and Engage Games Online. His corporate experience includes tenures at MGM Worldwide Television and Universal TV. Steve moderates panels at many major conferences, is a board member of the Center for Digital Media Entrepreneurship at Syracuse University and led the Hollywood & Digital program at UCLA Extension for seven years.
