Lisa Hsia is Executive Vice President of Bravo and Oxygen Digital Media, overseeing Bravo and Oxygen's digital businesses including and, as well as their initiatives on emerging platforms - mobile, apps, gaming, social TV and multiplatform programming. During her tenure at NBCU, Hsia has built Digital Media into an interactive powerhouse with breakthrough innovations that include Bravo Talk Bubble, the first real-time social TV event to combine Facebook and Twitter with live TV viewing, Bravo Now, the first ever tablet/smart phone co-viewing companion experience, PlayLive, a new form of participation TV and the ambitious transmedia initiative “Last Chance Kitchen,” which recently earned a Prime Time Emmy Award for Creative Achievement in Interactive. This cutting edge digital series for “Top Chef” allowed viewers to follow storylines across multiple platforms and resulted in the most streamed series in NBCU networks' history. The Bravo team is also known for breaking new ground in first-ever brand partnerships with companies such as Foursquare, Groupon and Twitter. Hsia was recently included in the 2013 Broadcasting & Cable Digital All-Stars List, 2013 CableFax Digital Hot List and named one of Cynopsis Media's Most Intriguing People of 2013. Additionally, Hsia was honored as one of the “Top Women in Cable” by CableFAX in 2013 and as a “Media Maven” by Ad Age in 2011. Bravo and Oxygen Digital have been recognized with numerous awards including a 2013 Prime Time Emmy for achievement in Multiplatform Storytelling, a Webby Award, Media Vanguard Award, Mobile Excellence Award, Mobile Marketing Association Award, ITVT Award and nine Prime Time Emmy nominations for Interactive and Non-Fiction Content. Hsia originally joined NBCUniversal as Katie Couric's Senior Producer and served as Vice President of NBC News since 2001, where she had executive oversight for the “Today” show, “Dateline” and the long-form programming unit Peacock Productions. An NBC News veteran of eleven years, she previously worked for ABC News as Diane Sawyer's producer at “Prime Time Live” from 1989-92. Hsia has been the recipient of numerous journalism awards including six News Emmy Awards, the Edward R. Murrow Award, a Sigma Delta Chi award, an IRE award and the National Press Club's Freedom of the Press Award. Before that, Hsia was a producer and director of documentaries including "The Emperor's Eye: Art and Power in Imperial China" and "Made in China." She was also the producer and associate producer of two feature films, "A Great Wall" and "Old Enough," both released by Orion Classics. Hsia currently serves on the board of the Tribeca Film Institute. She is a graduate of Harvard University and has a MBA from Columbia University Business School. Hsia lives in Manhattan with her husband and son.

Evan Bregman is currently Director of Digital Media at Electus, wher
e he oversees creative, production, and audience development for all of the Electus digital properties, including their three premium YouTube channels. A founding member of the Electus team, Bregman previously worked with Electus' founder and chairman Ben Silverman at NBC. Prior to that, Bregman was an independent web producer with his production team Half Day Today!, whose creations continue to receive millions of views. Evan holds a BA in Film from USC, where he was also among the first to graduate with Honors in Multimedia Scholarship, a four-year interdisciplinary program through USC's Institute for Multimedia Literacy.

Serena Cheng is a Senior Manager with Accenture's Technology Labs in the Silicon Valley. She leads Accenture's Digital Customer initiative to help businesses drive next-generation customer experiences and interactions across web, mobile and in-store environments by analyzing social, psychographic, online, offline, and traditional CRM data. Serena also has extensive experiences in enterprise architectures across industries that include retail, telecommunications, financial services and transportation. She recently led an effort to build a high-volume, low-latency offers and coupons recommendation system for an online retailer. Serena has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences from University of California, Berkeley. Accenture Technology Labs explores new and emerging technologies to create a vision of how technology will shape the future and invent the next wave of cutting-edge business solutions. Working closely with Accenture's global network of specialists, Accenture Technology Labs help clients innovate to achieve high performance. The Labs are located in Silicon Valley, California; Sophia Antipolis, France; Arlington, Virginia; Beijing, China and Bangalore, India.

Amaury Blondet, Digital Manager, Discovery Communications (Latin America
, Brazil and the U.S. Hispanic): Born in Mayagüez, PR, Amaury moved to Miami, FL at age 22 to complete a bachelor degree in business administration and international business. He later completed an MBA with a concentration in Management. For the past nine years he has worked in the TV and advertising industry with a focus on digital media. Today, he is a digital media manager at Discovery Communications for Latin America, Brazil and the U.S. Hispanic market, managing the strategies and content development for all digital platforms (website, mobile apps, social media, etc.) of various brands such as Discovery Channel and Animal Planet. He's also responsible for delivering thought leadership in the areas of social and digital media on behalf of Discovery. In addition to this, he is the founder and executive director of Planeta Feliz, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping create a happy and sustainable world. Today the organization works on projects in Colombia, Dominican Republic, United States, Haiti and Puerto Rico. Recent speaking engagements include Sustainatopia, SME Digital Forum, The Impact Conference, PRSA SXSW Takeaways, among others. He has also given presentations to clients/partners in countries such as Argentina, Mexico, Brasil, and United States, and in universities such as Florida International University and Miami-Dade College.

Michael Kernan, Chief Executive Officer, NuMedia Studios (former executive ICM
) Based in the Los Angeles office of ICM, Michael leads and coordinates the company's digital and new media assets, including working with ICM's London and New York offices. With its recent acquisition of The Broder Webb Chervin Silbermann Agency, ICM is the premier agency for creators of television and new media programming. Michael joined ICM in 2000, and has packaged numerous new media projects. He has been a leader in Internet deal making, in addition to developing content for the new media platform. Michael is a strategic advisor for technology and new media company clients on growth and financing. Prior to ICM, Michael practiced entertainment law at Lavely & Singer and Behr Abramson & Kaller, and consulted on patents and patent related issues at Gauntlet and Associates. Michael completed his undergraduate studies at The University of Illinois, and attended The University of California, Hastings College of Law, where he served

Matt Feodoroff, Regional Sales Manager, Central U.S., Xbox Advertising: Matt Feodo
roff is the Central U.S. Manager of Microsoft's Xbox Advertising team. His team brings to market the various entertainment advertising offerings available across Xbox, Windows, and Microsoft Studios. Matt's team works with brands and their agencies across the Midwest to execute innovative marketing strategies that leverage the unique aspects of these platforms from an advertising perspective. Prior to this role, Matt was a Sr. Account Executive for Microsoft Advertising in both LA and Chicago working with clients in the automotive, financial services, and CPG verticals to execute multi-channel advertising campaigns across Microsoft Advertising's portfolio. Matt has held strategic positions within the interactive advertising and digital marketing industries for over 13 years. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics & Business from Lafayette College.

MATT CUTAIR, Vice-President, Digital Operations and Sales, WestwoodOne: As WestwoodOne's VP of Digital Operations and Sales, Matt Cutair is responsible for the internal digital content division, which aggregates the company's audio content to online audiences. During his tenure, Cutair has expanded WestwoodOne's digital footprint through external partnerships with digital audio companies such as Spotify, TuneIn, Songza, 8tracks and Jango. WestwoodOne Digital is also the online audio home for the NCAA Basketball Tournament (March Madness), English Premiere League Soccer, The Masters, and NBC Sports Radio. Cutair started his media career at the age of 15 in his hometown of Baltimore, MD, where he worked at the local CBS sports talk station (WJFK-AM) as a producer and on-air talent. While at CBS he became a studio producer for the Baltimore Ravens Radio Network and also worked as a station beat reporter for the Baltimore Orioles. In January, 2004, he moved to New York City and began a seven-year stint at Dial Global Radio Networks, where he transitioned from the programming side into sales and marketing. Cutair worked as a national account executive for five years and then shifted into a newly created position spearheading digital sales. In December, 2010, Cutair was hired as a sales manager for Pandora where he was responsible for national audio ad sales. He worked with a number of major radio advertising agencies, including Group M, MediaVest, Carat, Universal McCann, and Active International. Cutair took an active role in Pandora's move into the radio space through his participation in an internal “radio task force,” where he helped to optimize processes that made it easier for advertisers to bridge the digital/radio divide. Cutair left Pandora in June, 2012, to return to WestwoodOne and lead its digital division.

Tania Yuki, Founder and CEO, Shareablee: Tania Yuki is founder and CEO of Shareablee, a leading provider of social content analytics for business. She has spent most of her career in digital marketing, measurement and analytics, and was recently honored with a Great Mind Award from the Advertising Research Foundation and featured in Fast Company and Forbes as one of 12 women driving digital in New York. She is also the founder of wimlink, an organization that holds regular events and seminars promoting entrepreneurship, leadership and the professional development of women. Tania began her career as a media and internet attorney, specializing in digital rights management, IP and film financing. After moving to the US from Australia she was seduced by digital and went on to run an online video content network as head of acquisitions and branding and has also led product management for comScore's Video Metrix, the world's leading online video ratings service.
