Mike LaSalle, Partner, Shamrock Capital Advisors: He currently serves as a director of the Giant Creative/Strategy, Mojiva, INgrooves, and Harlem Globetrotters International. Previously, Mike served on the boards of Media Storm and Modern Luxury Media. Prior to joining Shamrock, Mike was an Associate and Analyst at Putnam Lovell Securities focusing on mergers and acquisitions in the financial services industry. Mike graduated magna cum laude from the University of Notre Dame and earned an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management as a Venture Fellow.













Allison Goldberg, Managing Director and Vice President, Time Warner Investment: Allison is a Managing Director and Vice President at Time Warner Investments, where she is focused on equity investments in companies that directly enhance Time Warner's ability to meet specific strategic goals. Prior to joining in July 2001, Allison was an Associate at Groupe Arnault, investing in and managing new media and technology equity investments for the private holding company of the Chairman of LVMH. Previously, she was an Analyst in the Global Media Group, Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley where she worked on transactions for Time Warner, Viacom and Liberty Media. Allison graduated summa cum laude from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Economics.











Marti J. Frucci is a Managing Director with Digital Capital Advisors, a NYC-based digital media focused investment banking boutique that provides premium M&A advisory services and private placements of debt and equity for its clients, with special capabilities in cross-border transactions. Marti has over 20 years of traditional and digital media investment banking experience - with firms including Bankers Trust, Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette, and Lazard Freres - working on M&A, private placements, IPO's and high yield offerings for large public multinational corporations, emerging entrepreneurial companies and everything in between. Notable transactions include the sales of Guideline to infoUSA, Harrison Group to YouGov, IEG to WPP, Katz Media to DLJ Merchant Banking, Paramount to Viacom, Questia Media to Gale Cengage, Special Ops Media to LBI International, Sporting News to Vulcan Ventures, Virgo Publishing to Seaport Capital and again to Arlington Capital, and Weather Underground to The Weather Channel; the acquisitions of HarperCollins by Pearson, and QVC by Comcast and TCI; the debt and equity financing of Story Worldwide, the equity financing of Inflow Group, and IPO's and high yield offerings for several other data center companies. At DCA, Marti's time is spent exclusively with entrepreneurial and corporate leaders in the digital media world, helping them explore their strategic options, execute defining transactions, and convert various forms of capital into tangible and significant wealth. Professional experience prior to investment banking includes Associate VP and Manager of the Award Ceremonies Department for the 1984 L.A. Olympic Organizing Committee, and the Presidential Advance Staff at The White House. She holds her B.S. and M.B.A. from Columbia University.

Sun Jen Yung, Managing Director, Headwaters MB: Sun Jen Yung, Managing Director, joined Headwaters from Nightwood Capital LLC, a middle-market boutique advisory firm that she founded in 2009. Sun focuses on Digital Media & Internet and Media Growth companies. Her experience of 20 years in investment banking includes corporate finance coverage of Media (cable and entertainment), Digital Media, Internet and Software companies at Oppenheimer, Deutsche Bank , Lehman Brothers and J.P. Morgan. Sun also has experience in Equity Research at Lehman Brothers. She has completed over $38 billion in public (IPOs and follow-ons) and private equity, equity-linked and debt financings and M&A transactions. Sun serves on the Board of Directors for the YWCA of Greenwich (CT). She received B.A. degrees in Economics and International Studies at Macalester College in St. Paul, MN and an M.B.A. of Finance from Columbia Business School in New York.






Olivier Manuel, Managing Director, Innovate Accelerate: Olivier Manuel is the Managing Partner at Innovate Accelerate. He was previously a Principal at Accretive LLC, and Director of Content at Samsung Electronics. At Samsung, Olivier developed and launched Samsung's US Smart TV business, growing it from an idea to a multi-billion dollar category, including launching the first App Store built into a TV. Prior to Samsung, Olivier worked as an entrepreneur on two successful venture-backed startups. He was a member of the management team at Self Trade, a pan-European online brokerage platform (sold to DAB Bank in 2000), and wrote the business plan for Poweo, a French electricity retailer that IPO'ed in 2005. Olivier is the founder of the Harvard Club Innovation Roundtable and a Mentor at Entrepreneurs Roundtable Accelerator, where he previously served as an Operating Partner. He has a BA with honors from Harvard College and an MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School.










Peg Jackson, Managing Director, Mooreland Partners: Peg is a Managing
Director in Mooreland Partner’s Greenwich office. She brings more than 20 years of investment banking, venture capital and operating management experience within the media technology sector. At Mooreland, she focuses on the digital media, marketing software and e-commerce industries. Prior to joining Mooreland Partners, she was a Managing Director at Gridley & Co, where she worked on transactions within the digital media sector. Prior to joining Gridley, Peg worked in venture capital as a Managing Director at NeoCarta Ventures investing in media technology companies such as Silverpop and Myrio (acquired by Siemens). Prior to working at NeoCarta, Peg held corporate development and operational roles at NBC and Reuters. Peg holds a BA in Economics from Georgetown University and an MBA from New York University.
