Catherine Davis, President, Vizeum Americas: Catherine leads the Americas for Vizeum, which
includes the Clownfish consultancy. Catherine combines client, creative agency, and media agency experience providing a fully integrated marketing perspective. She has been responsible for marketing strategy development; brand and product positioning; marketing mix & media management; and digital marketing. Brand experience includes Diageo, Discover Card, Morgan Stanley, Pillsbury, and Ray Ban.















Jake Katz, Vice President, Audience Insights & Strategy, Revolt TV: Katz was formerly General Manager of Ypulse, a youth market research firm, tasked with consulting the leading brands in media and entertainment, retail, food and beverage, and automotive, to shape their understanding of what the Millennial generation means for the future of their business. Katz spent his early career at MTV as the in-house trend expert. Through MTV's industry famous Millennial Edge Study and "M Day" trend events, Jake helped steer the brand through its transformation from a Gen X mentality to a Millennial sensibility. He was part of the brand's Insights Innovation team, and by bringing the voice of the consumer into the organization at all levels, Katz unlocked a company culture of "audience intimacy" - a crucial initiative that enabled the brand to evolve. Following his time at MTV, Jake went on to help kick-start a trend consulting unit at NBCUniversal. While at NBCU, Jake helped found and curate the company's ad industry book - Curve. Katz also developed the Y Now film series, a documentary aimed at breaking the story of how the recession re-shaped our understanding of Millennials altogether.


James Smith, Senior Vice President, Digital Media Sales, Crackle, Sony Pictures Television (SPT): James Smith is senior vice president, digital media sales for Crackle, at Sony Pictures Television (SPT). He is responsible for all digital advertising revenue and sales strategy for SPT's digital network, including digital media sales on over 20 platforms and devices. Prior to joining SPT, Smith served as vice president, digital media sales at Disney Interactive Media Group for five years with oversight of the digital national sales team and emerging platforms. In this role, he was responsible for growing ad revenues across all digital platforms including online, mobile, connected TV, social and gaming. Prior to Disney, Smith launched successful media businesses in Japan and Europe and held national sales positions at The Nielsen Company, Softbank and MediaLive.






Mauricio Aguayo, Director, Digital Strategy, Click 3X: As Director of Digital Strategy at Click 3X, Mauricio guides the agency's efforts in identifying digital solutions with a focus on clients' business objectives. Click 3X is an award-winning creative agency that connects brands to their audiences through compelling digital experiences. Mauricio brings over seven years of expertise in digital media and content marketing from working with brands such as Stoli Vodka, Ford Motor Company, Anthem-Blue Cross Blue Shield, Sharp Electronics and GlaxoSmithKline. At Click 3X, Mauricio is responsible for research, planning, implementation and analytics of outreach strategies and tactics across a diverse client profile. Prior to joining Click 3X, Mauricio worked at full-service digital agency ROKKAN and social marketing agency M80 specializing in social strategy for global CPG, automotive, healthcare and lifestyle brands. In one of his ventures, Mauricio co-founded a small non-profit organization to give children better access to healthcare in developing countries. Here, he led development and communications in their pilot program combating malnutrition in Sierra Leone. Mauricio holds a B.A. from New York University and a Master of Public Health Management from Columbia University.


Roland Hamilton, North America SVP, Dailymotion: serves as Senior Vice President of Sales for No
rth America at Dailymotion SA since May 25, 2009. Mr. Hamilton serves as Vice President and National Advertising Director of Beliefnet, Inc. Mr. Hamilton's career spans more than 11 years in media sales with companies as such as CBS, FOX, NBC and DoubleClick. He served as the Vice President of sales for the Eastern U.S. at Mevio.com. Prior to joining Beliefnet, Mr. Hamilton was Eastern Regional Sales Manager at Community Connect an online community for US multicultural audiences comprised of BlackPlanet.com, Asian Avenue and Mi Gente. In 2001, he managed a 10-person West Coast Sales staff for Fox News, Fox Sports and Fox.com at rep firm Phase2Media. Prior to joining Phase2Media Mr. Hamilton managed agency relationships for DoubleClick representing top Internet properties such as Alta Visa, Time Magazine and NASDAQ.com. While at DoubleClick his responsibilities included creating sponsorship deals to top management at Microsoft, Sun Microsystems, Compaq and Avaya. Prior to DoubleClick, Mr. Hamilton worked worked with the Vice President of Business Development and the Vice President of Sales at NBC/NBCi selling integrated sponsorships for the launch of NBC Internet's shopping search engine. His outstanding work at NBCi earned him an award for most sponsorships sold company wide. Mr. Hamilton started his media sales career at CBS radio in 1994.



Guillermo Tomas Chialvo, CIO, CTO, Radio Mitre S.A. (Argentina): Guillermo Chialvo is a South
American Media Technology Specialist. He is currently working as CIO CTO at Radio Mitre S.A. which is a media leader company. The digital area of the company has as main brand cienradios.com, the platform is designed and supervised constantly by Guillermo, who emphasized the importance of understanding the new music generation and distribution. Cienradios.com is a multimedia platform that offers online radios and contents that bring each user the experience of listening, enjoying and choosing their favorite radio, within a proposed variety. This project revolutionized the digital market and has been recognized with several awards, Rain Internet Radio Awards and The New York Festival as one of the “Best Online Radio” products. Chialvo academic accomplishments consist attending Nacional University of Córdoba and the Technology Institute of Buenos Aires (ITBA). His experience includes a variety of jobs as a technology administrator at high-status media companies in Argentine. Guillermo is deeply well known for his expertise in cloud computing and technology for online media, knowledge developed and increased during cienradios.com project. He is also collaborating as the editor in chief of Technology news, where he is persistently checking and analyzing about the updates of the media and recognized for his contribution as a speaker in several world known conferences as CES, NAB Convergence NPlay over many others.



Sun Jen Yung, Managing Director, Headwaters MB: Sun Jen Yung joined Headwaters from Nightwoo
d Capital LLC, a middle-market boutique advisory firm that she founded in 2009. Sun focuses on Digital Media & Internet and Media Growth companies. Her experience of 20 years in investment banking includes corporate finance coverage of Media (cable and entertainment), Digital Media, Internet and Software companies at Oppenheimer, Deutsche Bank , Lehman Brothers and J.P. Morgan. Sun also has experience in Equity Research at Lehman Brothers. She has completed over $38 billion in public (IPOs and follow-ons) and private equity, equity-linked and debt financings and M&A transactions. Sun serves on the Board of Directors for the YWCA of Greenwich (CT). She received B.A. degrees in Economics and International Studies at Macalester College in St. Paul, MN and an M.B.A. of Finance from Columbia Business School in New York.
