Tony Mennuto, Founder and CCO, Mister Face, the New York City based creative services agency. A
s an award-winning advertising creative, Tony has worked on thousands of commercials and marketing solutions for brands like Coke, P&G, CBS Radio, Chase Bank, Comedy Central and FOX TV. As a television writer and producer, Tony has worked with major TV networks including HBO, NBC, ESPN, VH1 and CBS. Tony is also a former comedian who performed in New York and Los Angeles with Gotham City Improv. He has also appeared on Spin City and Late Night with Conan O’Brien. At Mister Face, Tony leads a uniquely talented team of copywriters, advertising professionals and comedians to raise the creative standard and generate humorous, engaging and memorable content for clients. Recently, Mister Face created a campaign for FIAT, “Alternate Routes: The FIAT Storytelling Series”, which was included as a finalist for the 2012 Mercury Awards in the Radio Innovation category and developed the humorous campaign, “Corporate Guy”, for the domain .ME which was voted “Best Web Video of The Week” by Best Ads on TV. Tony has been featured in industry outlets such as Adweek and has spoken at conferences including SXSW interactive, ad:tech New York, MediaPost’s Search Insider Summit and the Radio Ink Convergence Conference. Tony represented Mister Face when he discussed the importance of humor in content with the infamous “Nastyass Honey Badger” on March 11th 2013 at the SXSW Interactive festival.



Pete Spande
is Chief Revenue Officer of Business Insider. Prior to joining Business Insider, as CMO and SVP of Sales and Marketing at Federated Media Publishing, Inc., Spande built the company's sales team from the ground up, growing revenue in Federated's NYC office from $1 million to $13 million in on year. Prior to Federated, Spande worked in sales at CNET, TechRepublic and PC World.



Samantha Skey, Chief Revenue Officer, SheKnows LLC: Samantha leads sales and marketing activities as the Chief Revenue Officer/Chief Marketing Officer at SheKnows, a leading online women's destination. Previously, she served as Chief Revenue Officer for Recyclebank, where she scaled the commercial business from zero to $26 million in two years. Samantha has also held management positions at The Walt Disney Company, CNET, Alloy Inc. and Interactive Imaginations. Her recent speaking engagements include: Adweek 2013, OMMA Native 2013, Digiday Publishing Summit 2013, ad:tech 2012 and 2011, SXSW 2012 and the Gamification Summit of 2012.







Gene Silverman, Vice President, Marketing Services/Account Management, Hawthorne Direct: Gen
e Silverman, Vice President - Marketing Services/Account Management, is responsible for ensuring that each campaign is impeccably managed on behalf of Hawthorne’s clients. Gene has been recognized as a leader in the direct response industry since 1989, has been quoted in Time magazine, and has spoken at various conferences as an expert on DRTV. Gene is a regular contributor for Electronic Retailer magazine. Gene was President of Hawthorne Direct before stepping out on his own as an industry consultant for Time Life and QVC. He has worked on highly successful DRTV campaigns such as Fantom Vacuum, Braun Handblender, Thermoscan Ear Thermometer, Jet-Stream Oven, and numerous Time-Life music and video products. He has extensive knowledge in managing every aspect of direct response television campaigns and in integrating electronic and traditional marketing channels.





Carmel Hagen is Director of Brand Integration at Aviary where she helps partners reach Aviary's 75+ million MAUs with branded content that is both authentic and impactful. Previously, she was Chief Marketing Officer at COMMON, served as Digital Marketing Director at OneRiot (acquired by Walmart in 2011), and has worked as a communication and experience designer for brands, startups, agencies and cities. A TEDx speaker, SXSW Web Awards finalist and former Pillsbury Bake-Off dominator, Carmel is a sought after strategist and thinker. She is also an ongoing contributor to many art, design, and trendspotting publications including Fast Company, Gizmodo, and The Observer.


Pete Jimison, CEO, F#: Pete has 10 years of business operations experience spanning strategy, finance, sales, market analysis and business development. Prior to F#, he founded digital media consultancy Fever Creative where he successfully launched five companies. Pete began his career at VF Corporation, the world's preeminent global apparel leader where he worked out of the company's EMEA office in Switzerland for three years and oversaw finance and operations for Reef and Vans Europe. While at VF, Pete created and implemented the company's Analyst Development Program to promote interdepartmental collaboration, intrapreneurial innovation and significant cost savings. Pete holds a B.A. in Finance from James Madison University where he was a graduate of the distinguished Miller Leadership program.


Teal Newland, Vice President, Global Revenue, Partnerships, and Marketing, StumbleUpon: Teal leads StumbleUpon's advertising solutions group, developing and managing strategic partnerships with leading brands, agencies and publishers. She joins StumbleUpon from Digitas (Publicis Groupe), a full service advertising agency, where she was a Global Vice President. Teal worked across all agency clients, including American Express, Delta Airlines, Intel, and Samsung in developing creative, content and media strategy, audience engagement initiatives, and social activation platforms. Previously, Teal consulted for entertainment companies including Participant Media (Waiting for Superman, The Cove, Independent Truth) and The Walt Disney Company. She also spent over six years with Microsoft in global sales management, most recently as Head of Multinational Sales based in London. Teal graduated from the University of Washington (with a stint at the Universidad de Granada in Spain).




Elizabeth Kiehner, Principal, Thornberg and Forrester: As one of the founders of Thornberg &
Forester, Elizabeth Kiehner was a pioneer in rebuilding the traditional agency model. Elizabeth oversees all client assignments and ensures that forward thinking and innovative digital solutions remain the focus of the creative process. She brings to Thornberg & Forester years of management and business development experience that have given her a deep knowledge of how to both lead a team and produce powerful experiential branded storytelling experiences. From site specific installations for Disney and LPL to 3D campaigns for blue-chip brands like GE, Target and Microsoft, Elizabeth celebrates the marriage of technology and creativity. Elizabeth started her career in the industry at EURO RSCG in Chicago and Suissa Miller in LA before the urge to return to the East Coast brought opportunities to run production and drive growth at some of the leading design firms in Manhattan generating award-winning creative for Apple, American Express, Samsung, Sony, HBO, Showtime, Nike, Sundance and network redesigns for Discovery, SpikeTV, CBS, AMC among others.
